The intention behind BHF is to bridge the gap between the fitness and rehab world encouraging education of health and wellness, while having fun of course! BHF was established by a physical therapist with a passion for fitness and we can't wait to begin to build our team!
This position is an Independent Contractor 1099 position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct group spin fitness classes.
- Educate and motivate participants on proper form, technique, and body mechanics.
- Design and implement spin classes that are challenging and entertaining.
- Assist with fitness sales and membership retention efforts in person and through social media.
- Open and close the studio as needed.
- 6am classes during the week and Saturday 10 am class
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology.
- Experince as a spin instructor preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate and educate participants of all fitness levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and create a positive class environment.
- Knowledge of program design principles to create effective workout routines.
Required:
- Valid CPR certification.
- Group Fitness Instructor certification.
- Insurance ( we can help with this if needed)
