About Us:
We are a licensed Level 3 residential group home program dedicated to providing trauma-informed care to adolescent girls in a structured, therapeutic environment. Our program emphasizes clinical intervention, behavior support, and empowerment. We are currently seeking a Director to oversee the daily operations and clinical compliance of two residential locations.
Position Overview:
The Director will be responsible for the leadership, management, and supervision of both group home locations. This includes ensuring regulatory compliance, staff oversight, resident care, and coordination with guardians, DSS, MCOs, and clinical providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily operational oversight of both group home locations
- Supervise, train, and support residential staff and management team
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, Medicaid standards, and licensing requirements
- Maintain and audit documentation for quality assurance
- Coordinate with clinical and case management teams to support resident care
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns with professionalism and clinical insight
- Participate in admissions, discharges, and treatment planning
- Monitor scheduling, staffing levels, and performance evaluations
- Serve as a liaison between the agency and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field

- Knowledge of Level 3 regulations, trauma-informed care, and Medicaid standards
- Strong organizational, documentation, and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Schedule:
Primarily weekdays with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends as needed. On-call availability required.
