Description
The Community Coordinator (CC) will oversee the implementation and daily management of the Georgia THRIVe Prevention (GTP) initiative, which is a preventative program designed to support pregnant and parenting individuals, including fathers and caregivers, who exhibit signs or symptoms of mental, emotional, behavioral, or substance use disorders. The CC will ensure that the project is executed in alignment with its stated goals and objectives, while maintaining fidelity to evidence-based practices and delivering high-quality, equitable services.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation of all components of the GTP initiative across designated sites
- Ensure that all project activities align with approved grant objectives, timelines, and budget
- Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely progress
- Develop and oversee quality assurance measures to assess the effectiveness and fidelity of interventions
- Review, analyze, and report data on project activities, outcomes, and participant engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for community organizations and service providers involved in the initiative
- Promote the initiative in the community through outreach and stakeholder education
- Prepare and submit all required narrative and data reports to funders and oversight bodies
- Maintain organized records of program activities, participant feedback, and quality improvement efforts
- Document best practices, lessons learned, and recommendations for program sustainability and replication
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of culturally competent care and trauma-informed practices

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Preference will be given to applicants who in addition to meeting the Minimum Qualifications also possess the following:
- Have a Master's degree
- Experience collecting and analyzing data
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a team environment
