We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable experience at our hotel. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional service throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, reservations, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate reporting of daily transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality management by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems is essential.
- Multilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
- A background in hospitality management or related fields is a plus.
