The Guest Service Agent position requires a high school diploma or higher-level education. The Guest Service Agent is responsible for making reservations, checking in/out guests, ensuring guests experience is superior, and maintaining the proper appearance of the lobby and public areas. Optimal attributes for this position include effective communication skills, a pleasing personality, being a good team player, being well-groomed, and having a professional appearance. Performance will be measured by budgeted REVPAR, MSI Index, Guest Service Index (GSS) and Associate Standard Index (ASI).
