Small Town Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Hotel Guest Service Agent to join our team at our Winnipeg Head Office. We own and operate twelve unique lodging properties across the USA and Canada, and this role is crucial to our guest experience.
You'll be the primary point of contact for guests, handling inbound calls to assist with inquiries and complete reservations for all twelve of our properties. This is an exciting opportunity to "smile through the phone" and make a positive impact on guests' travel plans!
What You'll Do:
- Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional guest service for all lodging properties.
- Efficiently complete hotel reservations and answer guest questions.
- Confidently present our unique lodging properties to potential guests.
- Handle multiple calls while maintaining a calm, professional, and patient demeanour.
- Complete general administrative tasks as needed.
What You'll Bring:
- Excellent Communication Skills: You're well-spoken and can convey information clearly and effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computers, a fast typist, and eager to learn new reservation software.
- Customer Service Focus: A genuine passion for helping people and creating positive guest interactions.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Independence & Professionalism: Capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Previous hotel experience is a plus, but not required – we provide full training!
