Job Overview
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. This position will combine the responsibilities of the Front Desk and Breakfast Attendant roles. The team member will provide quality guest services that include registration, check-out, and all things food and beverage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette and problem-solving abilities
- Can stay committed to a guest-first approach
