About the Role:
Select Real Estate is looking for a creative, outgoing, and detail-oriented Guest Service Coordinator (GSC) to help us deliver unforgettable vacation experiences in the Mount Washington Valley! If you’re a people person with a flair for communication, organization, and tech-savvy tools, we want to hear from you.
This role is perfect for someone who loves variety — you'll help manage vacation rental listings, keep our properties running smoothly, and boost visibility with smart marketing and web content. Whether you're experienced in hospitality or just have the right energy and a passion for learning, this could be the career for you! We’re ready to train the right person!
What You’ll Be Doing:
✨ Managing listings on sites like Vrbo (writing, editing, optimizing)
✨ Communicating with guests before, during, and after their stay
✨ Adjusting prices to stay competitive and increase bookings
✨ Coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams
✨ Assisting with inspections and property check-ins/outs
✨ Helping build and implement marketing campaigns across social media and email
✨ Creating eye-catching content using Canva or similar tools
✨ Working with simple website editors to keep our properties looking great online
✨ Keeping everything organized — schedules, calendars, contracts, and more
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Friendly, upbeat personality — you're great with people!
✅ Comfortable using technology and open to learning new platforms
✅ Bonus if you have experience with:
- Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram)
- Canva or graphic design tools
- Website builders or editing tools
- Hospitality, guest services, or vacation rental platforms like Escapia, Beyond, Vrbo
✅ A strong communicator — written and verbal
✅ Reliable transportation and good time management
✅ Willingness to pitch in and learn wherever needed
