This role is more than a cashier or counter position: it’s a hands-on, growth-focused opportunity where we train and develop team members to become confident leaders in hospitality, retail, and operations.
What You’ll Do
- Guest Experience: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, take orders in person and by phone, and guide them through our products and promotions.
- Cashiering: Process payments with accuracy and maintain a smooth flow of front-of-house service.
- Crafting: Learn to expertly package and decorate Bundt cakes to brand standards, assisting production as needed.
- Food Safety: Keep the front-of-house and prep areas clean, organized, and compliant, upholding food safety protocols at all times.
- Retail & Merchandising: Stage displays, monitor inventory, and keep the bakery visually inviting and well-stocked.
- Marketing Support: Help with seasonal promotions, E-Club signups, and other in-bakery marketing initiatives.

Growth and Development
We’re a development-driven team. From day one, we invest in hands-on training designed to build skills that open doors to future leadership and management opportunities within our bakeries. Many of our leaders started in this role.
Preferred Experience
- Retail, food service, hospitality, or customer service background.
- Familiarity with food safety practices (ServSafe certification a plus).
- Comfort with basic computer and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
