We are looking for a motivated and dependable Gutter Installer Assistant to join our crew. You'll be working outdoors assisting our lead installer on installing and maintaining gutter systems on residential and commercial buildings. The successful candidate will be able to follow instructions from the lead installer and use tools to complete installations. Experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and work with their hands.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in installing gutter systems for residential and commercial buildings
- Work safely on ladders and roofs
- Follow safety protocols when working with tools and equipment.
- Follow instructions from the lead installer
- Motivated to learn through onsite training.
- Maintain a clean and professional jobsite
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
- Able to lift 50+lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Basic hand tool knowledge (drills, saws, tape measures, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Previous construction or roofing experience is a plus, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
