Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced gutter installers to oversee construction projects and lead a crew of workers on-site. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks including gutter installation, caulking, roof installation, and working with heavy machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections of work quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Train and mentor team members in construction techniques and best practices.
- Restore and maintain equipment as necessary to ensure operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with owner, general manager, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or as a Supervisor in similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes including installing, inspection, and site management and safety.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment related to construction tasks.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.

Pay: $14.00 - $21.00 per hour
