Compensation:
- Base Salary: $70,000
- Performance Bonuses: Up to $20K–$30K per year
- Total Potential: $100K annually
Overview:
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and growth of our two female-focused brands: Astoria Activewear and Haute Swimwear. You will be responsible for managing marketing strategy across all channels, ranging from influencer marketing and social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and creative. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of success with companies in the women’s fashion space. To be successful in this role, you will need a deep understanding of the industry and customers we serve.
You can expect to regularly give reports on team performance, oversee members of the team, assist with queries, and ensure the marketing experience, brand voice, and aesthetic are as cohesive as possible for our team and potential customers.
You will be given the freedom and responsibility to think creatively and explore new potential marketing channels and work with ownership and the current team to drive revenue growth on existing channels.
Required:
- 3+ years managing Shopify-based eCommerce brands (fashion preferred)
- Personal knowledge or experience in the fashion industry, women’s swimwear, and activewear.
- Experience with social media marketing
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and Shopify Analytics
- Proficient in management skills and able to delegate work effectively
- Based in Miami and available to work in-house (close to the Aventura area preferred)
