Summus Healthcare and DataQ Health are adding two Healthcare Interns to our team this summer!
We are seeking detail-oriented and efficient students to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
This position is ideal for a student pursuing education in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Informatics, or a similar role.
This is a temporary, internship position.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and data collection from various sources.
- Transcribe information from paper documents into digital formats.
- Computerize and maintain data in databases, ensuring integrity and accuracy.
- Type documents and reports as required, adhering to company standards.
- Utilize basic math skills for data verification and calculations when necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to data management and reporting.
- Create and manage pivot tables in Excel for data analysis and presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
Requirements
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with databases and data management systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic math skills for handling numerical data effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
