Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Helper to join our team. This position is essential for supporting various tasks within our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically fit, and ready to take on a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks, providing support as needed.
- Perform general labor duties including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a labor or helper role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety guidelines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Must be punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Real Id is required due to the need to be able to get on Military Bases

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
