Summary
We are seeking a High -end Boutique Sales Associate to join our team at Alpaca International. Located in a vibrant retail environment, this role is essential in providing outstanding customer service and promoting our exquisite collection of alpaca fiber products. Your contributions will help enhance our brand's reputation for quality and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise and setting up displays.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the unique qualities of our alpaca wool items.
- Upsell additional products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
- This position requires weekend work.
Required Experience
- College degree
- Proven track record and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high-end retail operation
- Demonstrated experience in retail and customer service
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- High sense attention to detail, discipline, and a strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
