Two Growth Paths — One Mission
- Internal Leadership TrackBuild your team with our company branding, support, office space, and recruiting systems. Full support to scale a team within Inex Power.
- Independent Dealer TrackLaunch or grow your own dealership while using our fast-install backend and office support — as long as we install your jobs, you’re free to grow your brand.
What Makes This Opportunity Different

- 10kW full-home battery backup — batteries priced at $4,000 each or $6,000 for two
- Direct-to-Consumer Hybrid Prospecting — our setters leverage a modern approach combining traditional door-knocking with real-time dialer access, allowing for more weekly appointments and a new level of consistency in appointment generation
- 1–2 week average install timeline — speed that helps you scale
Your Role
- Actively recruit, train, and lead reps and appointment setters
- Close your own deals and lead by example
- You can structure your team’s prospecting strategy as you see fit — but we’ve already built out a proven, plug-and-play hybrid system you can immediately implement
- Collaborate with us to streamline onboarding, team training, and performance tracking
- Use our office space, Indeed pipeline and recruiting infrastructure to build your team fast
All that’s required is manager-level consistency and commitment to roll out what’s already been tested and proven.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven solar professional with a background in leadership or team development
- Willing to work hands-on when needed — knock doors, train reps, and lead from the front
- Coachable, organized, and focused on building something long-term
- Based in Texas and familiar with the residential solar space
- Strong communicator and people builder
Compensation
- Commission-based plus overrides on all team deals
- No cap on earnings
- No territory restrictions
