Princeton Community High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Girls Soccer Coach to lead our high school program. We are looking for an individual who is committed to student-athlete development both on and off the field, promotes teamwork and sportsmanship, and is eager to build a strong and competitive program.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of the girls’ high school soccer program.
- Organize and conduct practices, conditioning, and games.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Ensure student-athletes are meeting academic and behavioral expectations.
- Collaborate with athletic department staff and school administration.
- Maintain communication with parents, players, and school personnel.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching or playing experience in soccer (high school or higher preferred).
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills..
Salary and Benefits:
- Compensation based on experience and qualifications, in accordance with school district policies.
