We’re looking for a hands-on Hiring Manager to help us build a strong, dependable hourly workforce for our light manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll lead recruitment and selection efforts to ensure our teams are staffed and ready to meet production goals.

Key Performance Indicators
· Work with executive management to forecast staffing needs
· Review applications, interview candidates, and make hiring decisions
· Come up with strategies to hire hourly workers
· Track and improve hiring metrics like time-to-fill and 90-day retention
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, wage rules, and company policies
Professional Requirements
· In-House role in Pittsburgh, PA
· 2+ years of experience hiring or managing hourly workers
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Comfortable using or learning applicant tracking and scheduling tools
