**Your Responsibilities:**
- Perform in-home assessments and evaluations
- Serve seniors, children, and adults with limited functionality
- Accurately document visits using a smart device
- Communicate care needs and findings with the office team
**What You’ll Need:**
- Active RN license in South Carolina
- Valid SC driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience a plus)
- Professionalism, warmth, and maturity
- Comfort using smartphones or tablets to record notes
