TruSolace Healing Center is expanding into a brand-new 8+ room facility this September, and we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Professional (medical assistant or RN with strong sales chops) to join our growing team.
This role blends high-impact sales with cutting-edge wellness services—perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with clients, building trust, and guiding them to powerful transformation through our medical aesthetic treatments.
Pay Structure:
- $20 per treatment PLUS generous commission on services sold
- Base Pay Range: $18–$23/hour (depending on experience)

Your Role:
- Be the vision-caster: Help clients imagine what’s possible with their health and beauty goals.
- Lead engaging consultations that convert—offering powerful solutions like:
- Body contouring
- IV Vitamin Therapy
- Semaglutide & B12 Injections
- Educate and upsell: Showcase how a customized treatment plan can change their life.
- Build lasting client relationships rooted in trust, care, and RESULTS.
- (Bonus if certified): Offer aesthetic injectables like fillers and neurotoxins.
What You Bring:
- A strong sales mindset—you know how to connect, inspire, and close.
- (If applicable) RN license in Arizona.
- Clear, confident communication and a genuine love for helping others shine.
- Organization and attention to detail to keep patient care and documentation on point.
