In this full-time, exempt role, you'll help families find the care solutions they need—while building meaningful relationships in the healthcare and senior services community. We are looking for a self-motivated, high-energy individual who thrives in a relationship-based sales environment and is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage a consistent 5-day sales call cycle to generate new referrals and strengthen existing relationships within your territory
- Conduct in-home care consultations with prospective clients and families to educate them on our services and convert them into satisfied clients
- Collaborate with hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living communities, and other healthcare providers
- Represent Amada at community events and industry networking opportunities
- Log all activity into CRM software and provide weekly KPI reports
- Follow up diligently with active and pending inquiries to ensure outstanding service and timely follow-through
- Uphold Amada’s high ethical standards, mission, and core values in every interaction
- Take initiative and contribute ideas to continuously enhance our outreach and care delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of outside sales experience in the healthcare or senior living industry
- Proven ability to build and manage referral relationships and meet sales goals
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Confident, self-starting, and goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- Flexible availability to meet the demands of a fast-paced and dynamic role
- A valid driver’s license, reliable and insured vehicle, and a clean driving record
