Elevated Care Home Health is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) for our Home Health Agency position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health care and proven experience in administration of Home Health and supervising RNs, LPNs, therapists, and home health aides.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of the home health clinical operations of the home health agency.
- Supervise and support nursing staff, therapists, and home health aides.
- Ensure compliance with IDPH state requirements, policies, and audits.
- Foster a compassionate and professional environment for both clients and staff.
- Drive the growth and excellence of the agency by providing exceptional care.
Qualifications:
- Experience in home health care.
- Proven leadership skills in supervising clinical staff.
- Familiarity with IDPH state requirements and audits.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
