Spectrum Home Care is coming to the Mitchell area! I am currently looking for Caregivers to start part-time with increased hours as clients join our agency for services.

We have in-home caregiver positions providing one-on-one care to clients who wish to live independently at home. Spectrum is hiring caregivers, home health aides, and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) in Mitchell and surrounding areas! Job Duties include, but are not limited to;
- Assist client with activities of daily living that allow individuals the opportunity to stay in their home as long as possible, such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Assist with ambulation and transfer of clients with or without adaptive equipment
- Remind clients to take medications
- Complete light housekeeping and other support services including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, laundry, errands, and transportation
- Plan and prepare meals, assist with feeding, and assist with kitchen clean up
- Provide socialization and companionship
- All other duties outlined in personalized client care plan

Preferred Requirements:
- We prefer one year of professional in-home caregiving experience, home health aide or personal care aide, but not required.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License, Automobile Insurance, and reliable vehicle (required)
- Minimum high school diploma or GED required (Over the Age of 18)
- Submit to Criminal Background Investigation & Driving Record
- Must be able to physically perform the duties of the position
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 starting pay depending on experience plus $1.50 night and weekend premium. 90 Day Review with potential wage increase along with annual review. Full-Time positions earn 40 hours PTO after 6 months.
