Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities. Duties
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

- Conduct patient observation to monitor health status and report any changes to nursing staff or family members.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Support individuals with disabilities by providing personalized care tailored to their needs.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Lift and transfer patients safely using proper techniques and equipment as necessary.
Skills
- Proficiency in medical documentation practices and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Strong observational skills for monitoring patient conditions effectively.
- Experience in assisted living or nursing home environments is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols is a plus.
