Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides for the Wareham area to assist with our geriatric aged client who is in need of support and companionship.
Available shifts: Weekends and Weekdays, Weekend availability is a PLUS!

Monday through Sunday m9a,-5pm
Job Description:
- Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care
- Assist with light housekeeping
- Encourage walking, exercising
- Providing stimulating conversation
- Activities
- Possible transportation to doctor's appointments, shopping, etc.
- Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan
- Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
- Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner

Requirements are as follows:
- Home Health Aide Certification
- 2+Years experience working with your Certification
- Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA
- Must have experience working with Dementia
- Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check
- Current TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray
- Dementia care experience
- Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills.
- You must own a cell phone.
