We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, particularly in private homes, assisted living, or independent living settings, and will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting with daily living activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of those under your care.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards.
- Observe and document patient behavior and health changes accurately.
- Uphold resident rights and ensure dignity is maintained at all times.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
Skills
- Experience working in private homes or independent/ assisted living facilities is preferred.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and emergency response protocols. CPR certified A+
- Familiarity with resident rights and the importance of maintaining client dignity.
- Ability to create and follow care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Strong observational skills to monitor patient conditions effectively.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Proficient in medication administration techniques.

Pay: $13.57 - $15.00 per hour
