Job Description:
- provides treatment of Home Health patients, including basic medical care, bandage changes, wound care, medication administration, etc.
- establishing safety, comfort, and increased health overall in the patient's home setting
- monitors, supervises, and reports changes related to the patient's condition to the RN supervisor or case manager
Job Requirements:
- must be licensed to work as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Virginia, and possess a valid CPR certification
- two years experience is preferred but not required
- must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed to perform the job
- a valid driver’s license and the ability to provide own transportation are required. Daily travel is required within the service area as mentioned above
