NorthBay Home Health is currently hiring compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide individualized, in-home care for pediatric patients ranging from newborns to young adults. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on, direct pediatric nursing care
- Conduct assessments and follow individualized care plans
- Administer medications, tube feeds, and specialized treatments
- Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately
- Educate and support families emotionally and clinically
- Provide trach, ventilator, and G-tube care (if trained)
Qualifications:
- Active Florida RN or LPN license (or Multistate Compact)
- BLS/CPR Certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
- Experience with ventilator, tracheostomy, or G-tube care (preferred)
- Experience with developmentally delayed or medically fragile children (a plus)
- Reliable, compassionate, and committed to high-quality care
Compensation:
- LPN: $23.00 – $29.00 per hour
- RN: $29.00 – $34.00 per hour
(Pay based on experience and shift availability)
