OVERVIEW:
The Home Liaison oversees all aspects of the property monitoring and controlling processes. The Home Liaison performs a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, coordinating all resources; setting and meeting deadlines; communicating; inspecting, and fine tuning the daily management of the property while managing the property in accordance with company policies and custom management agreements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· The primary point of contact for assigned properties
· Routinely inspects the property, reports repair or replacement needs, and executes resolution through approved vendors or internal resources
· Investigates guest violations or complaints, and resolves problems in accordance with regulations established in the guest rental agreement; communicates all issues to the supervisor
· Investigates owner/guest complaints regarding malfunctions relating to furnished household appliances or goods, and inspects vacated units following guest departure to determine needed repairs or maintenance; creates service orders
· Maintains high customer service standards and responds clearly and in a timely manner.
· Routinely updates the computer database with pertinent information relating to homeowner association updates and property specifics.
· Works in concert with housekeeping, prepares property information packets, prepares inventory lists, monitors cleanliness
· Performs other related duties and assignments as required

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Proficient Computer Skills Including: Internet, E-mail, (MS Outlook) MS Excel, and MS Word
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
· Ability to comprehend and compose complex instructions and correspondence
· Ability to effectively present information to clients, management and employees of the organization
REASONING ABILITY:
Significant skills in order to solve a variety of complex problems and deal with variables in situations where limited standardization exists; Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished orally or in writing
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear. The employee frequently is required to drive to visit properties often with multiple flights of stairs. Inspecting the homes may require light lifting, moving items within the home and occasional cleaning under certain time restraints. Housekeeping prep will require lifting, minimal hauling, and bending.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This job is primarily performed in an office environment with a moderate to heavy noise level. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently inspect inside and outside areas of the property location and may be exposed to on-going construction and various weather conditions.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
