Position Summary
Woodbridge Home Solutions is expanding our Oklahoma footprint and is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Home Remodeling Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team in Oklahoma City. Our sales professionals are responsible for building trust and rapport with our customers as they assist them in identifying the products that best fit their home improvement needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Recruit and Manage a top-notch team of in-home sales consultants.
- Develop sales goals for team and territory.
- Coach and develop team to meet monthly and yearly sales performance goals and budgets.
- Track & analyze sales metrics and monitor daily results of individuals and territory
- Teach our sales process following set methodology
- Conduct weekly sales meetings
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with individual sales consultants to review sales results and establish corrective plans as needed
- Participate in ride-alongs with individual consultants
- Conduct formal annual performance reviews with each consultant
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 year of proven Home Improvement sales management experience required
- Strong presentation skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Able to multi-task and demonstrate excellent time management skills
- Planning, goal-setting skills and experience
- Financial knowledge and computer savvy
