Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hookah team member to join our vibrant establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a clean and enjoyable environment for our guests. This role involves preparing and serving hookah, maintaining equipment, and assisting with anything that come to due with Hookah
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hookah to customers, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of hookah equipment and preparation areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Help manage inventory by restocking supplies and maintaining organization within the hookah area.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Operate cash register for transactions related to hookah services and food items, accurately handling payments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the retail environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hookah service or settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with math is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
