Job description:
We are searching for someone to join our landscaping crew. Ideally you have landscaping, gardening, and/or horticulture experience, however we are willing to offer guidance if you are willing to learn.
We want a candidate who is enthusiastic and reliable, and friendly to coworkers and customers. You will need the ability to multi-task and adapt to a variety of different jobs, and you must be willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Our goal is to expand our crew, improve efficiency, and focus our business on garden design/re-design and planting.

Surreal Landscape is a garden and landscape service company based in Dresher PA. We specialize in garden plantings, property maintenance, and improving functionality and appearance of outdoor spaces. We aim to provide a personal experience for our customers, and try to exceed expectations with the quality and value of our work.
Duties for this job may include:
- Utilizing our workflow database to stay on track with project tasks
- Using our workflow app to keep your timesheets up to date
- Trimming shrubs, pulling weeds, and edging garden beds
- Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Applying and spreading mulch, topsoil, and ornamental stones
- Lawn mowing, leaf and stick cleanup, and yard waste removal
- Building retaining walls, hardscaping walkways, installing and repairing fences
- Power washing, staining decks, and painting
Qualifications:
- You must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds, along with frequent pushing, pulling, and bending over
- You must be able to be on your feet for at least 6 hours each day
- You must be willing to learn new skills as needed
- You must have experience and/or willingness to work with tools, including chainsaws, hedge trimmers, and weed whackers
- You must be willing to follow all safety protocols as directed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
