What You Bring to the Table:

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage clinical operations within the hospice setting, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and Medicare regulations.
- Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support in patient care and documentation using EMR systems.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that respect resident's rights.
- Monitor patient conditions, applying knowledge of physiology and medical terminology to enhance care quality.
- Conduct shift management and ensure effective communication among team members to optimize service delivery.
