Five Star Home Hospice is an established hospice agency located in Pasadena, CA seeking to hire Per Diem (Paid Per Visit) visiting hospice LVNs and Continuous Care (shift care) LVNs to visit our patients throughout Los Angeles county.
This is a great opportunity for LVNs who wants to earn supplemental income by visiting hospice patients at their convenience and to their choosing. Nurses will be compensated per visit completed. Nurses will have the freedom to accept or decline patients as they see fit.
- Visiting LVN: Nurse will be assigned patients and will visit each patient in their place of residence (home or facility) about 2-4 times per week (depending on patient's needs) for approximately 1 hour each visit. Visits are scheduled by LVN and patient/family generally between the hours of 9am-5pm.
- Continuous Care LVN: 12 hour (bed side) shift care cases managing a hospice patients symptoms. Paid Hourly.
All Applicants must have an active LVN license in good standing in the state of California and at least 1 year of experience to apply for this position.
Bi-lingual and Hospice/Home Health experience is a plus.
