Duties

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Assist in food preparation and ensure all culinary standards are met.
• Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Utilize retail math to manage inventory levels and assist in stock management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests.
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.

Experience

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
• Familiarity with culinary practices and food preparation techniques is advantageous.
• Skills in cash handling and operating cash registers are essential.
• Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A background in retail math can enhance operational efficiency within the role.
