As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

- Set schedule: Grave: 2100 to 0500: Wednesday to Sunday.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard
- You have the stamina to conduct Indoor/Outdoor foot and car patrols throughout your shift to identify potential risks.
- You keep the property clear of vagrants.
- Your attention to detail will help you as you observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
- Your grammar skills will help you read and write detailed reports.
- You can quickly learn so you can enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
- You have superior people skills in order to handle customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
- Manage access control.
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Answer questions in person or by phone.
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard
- You have the stamina to stand or walk for long periods of time, and handle any weather conditions.
- You can multitask and work well under pressure.
- You have a valid PILB or can obtain one within 5 days of an offer.
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You have a STRONG WORK ETHIC!
- You have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Your experience in security, or military/law enforcement is beneficial.
- You have excellent people skills, and strong ability to deescalate a situation.
- You have at least a High School diploma or GED in hand.
- You can pass an extensive screening process.
- You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
