Core Position Expectations:
· Responsible for full table maintenance including pre-bussing, clearing, marking, watering, and resetting tables
· Successfully ensure food is delivered and presented in an accurate and timely manner
· Effectively partner with the leadership team to ensure all experiences meet the high standards of the brand and consistently exceed the expectations of our guests
· Work as a team with all team members to ensure the cleanliness of guests and service areas.
· Maintain high-quality food standards and is knowledgeable on food safety and sanitation standards.
· Project a positive company image at all times
· Greet guests in all areas, able to maintain positive relationships with members and guests
· Communicate effectively with the host team, culinary team, and manager to ensure effective flow
· Polish silverware and glassware as needed
· Daily opening and closing duties, maintaining the stock of mise en place for service station

Experience:
· Minimum 1 years experience in foodservice preferred, fine dining restaurant experience preferred.
· Wine knowledge preferred, including specific regions of Oregon, Burgundy, and Champagne.
Education:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
Professional Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):
· Oregon Food Handler Certification (i.e. Oregon food handler card).
· OLCC Service Permit.
