The Patterson House seeks a welcoming presence in our restaurants in the role of Host. As the first person to welcome guests as they arrive, and the last one to bid them farewell as they leave, a host is one of the most important roles in our restaurants. We seek a candidate who is hospitable, organized, and welcoming to staff and guests alike. Prior experience in a high-volume environment and using reservation platforms like Tock is a plus, but not required.
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Bar / restaurant / hospitality operational knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great attitude
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Experience in Open Table a plus
- Prior experience in similar role a plus
