As a Host/Hostess, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. Your warm greeting, attention to detail, and ability to manage the flow of the dining room will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments using our reservation platform.
- Escort guests to their tables while maintaining a positive and polished presence.
- Provide accurate wait times and update guests regularly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, entrance, and guest areas.
- Communicate guest preferences or special occasions to management and service staff.
- Assist with guest flow during special events or peak hours.
- Collaborate with managers and servers to ensure a smooth and efficient shift.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a host/hostess in a restaurant, club, or event venue preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Familiarity with reservation systems like OpenTable, Toast or Resy is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must be 18 years or older.
