Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized, experienced Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of service in the restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Tuesday-Thursday 2:30-9:15pm, Friday and Saturday 2:30pm-10:15pm

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Provide accurate wait times and ensure guests are seated promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
• Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism, taking reservations or answering guest questions as needed.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest relations throughout the dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous Host experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong background in food service and customer service is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in hotel guest services or serving roles is advantageous.
