**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
**Experience:**
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar POS systems is a plus
- Knowledge of guest relations and phone etiquette
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
