We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service. You will manage the flow of customers, handle reservations, and process payments efficiently. Your ability to create a positive dining experience will be essential in maintaining our reputation for outstanding hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Manage reservations and waitlists effectively to optimize guest flow.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Process payments promptly and handle cash transactions with care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service delivery.
Skills
- Previous Host/Host experience is preferred, along with a background in food service or restaurant settings.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus, enhancing your ability to provide exceptional guest services.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $134.90 - $188.46 per day
