Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your primary responsibility will be to manage guest seating, ensure smooth operations, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest relations and a strong background in food service or restaurant environments.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating arrangements.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
- Assist with menu knowledge and provide recommendations to guests.
- Utilize Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems for managing orders when necessary.
- Support the overall guest experience by providing exceptional hospitality.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or food service is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and POS systems such as Aloha is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest relations.

Pay: $15.26 - $17.00 per hour
