Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a positive dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Uphold restaurant standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Host/Host or in food service is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.

Pay: From $16.66 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
