**Overview:** We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. It will be mainly Friday, Saturday, Sunday evenings. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring exceptional service from the moment they arrive. **Duties:** - Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor - Manage reservations and seating arrangements - Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized reception area - Answer phone calls and inquiries promptly and professionally - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest service - Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials - Handle guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar Point of Sale systems is a plus - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests - Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Strong guest relations skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Join our team as a Host/Host and be part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
