Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with laundry duties as required.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong cleaning skills with knowledge of floor care techniques.
- Experience in janitorial or custodial roles is beneficial.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
