Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including hotel lobbies, guest rooms and restaurant. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are clean, sanitized, and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas in accordance with established standards.
- Conduct cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment effectively to ensure all necessary items are available for daily operations.
- Execute carpet cleaning and floor care duties to maintain the appearance of all flooring types.
- Provide custodial services in commercial settings as needed, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with laundry services when required, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and uphold cleanliness standards throughout the property.
Skills
- Previous experience in hotel or residential cleaning is preferred.
- Proficiency in carpet cleaning techniques and floor care maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and clients.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
