Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Person to join our team for weekend coverage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through regular maintenance and repairs. This role requires a strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems, as well as the ability to lead and supervise maintenance activities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Execute residential painting projects as needed, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Apply knowledge of logic controllers in troubleshooting and maintaining automated systems.
- Perform welding tasks for repairs or modifications as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Basic plumbing

Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Proficient in electrical maintenance, including the use of testing equipment like pool
- Experience with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks.
