Job Summary

Our ideal candidates will possess a strong background in hospitality and customer service, with a passion for ensuring guest satisfaction. Positions available include roles at the front desk, breakfast, housekeeping and maintenance!
Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly atmosphere.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages efficiently.
- Assist with billing processes and ensure all transactions are processed correctly.
- Collaborate with supporting departments to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems.
- Experience in hotel hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services protocols.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Food service skills preferred- Servsafe
- General understanding of plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems
