Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, conducting nightly audits, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in hotel management, and a passion for guest relations.
Duties
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing exceptional guest services.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Operate multi-line phone systems and respond to calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist guests with requests for information about local attractions, services, and amenities.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Prepare reports detailing occupancy rates, revenue, and other key performance indicators.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
- Experience in front desk operations within a resort or hotel setting is beneficial.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
